Bellamira Films ("we," "us") is the wedding-cinema arm of the House of Bellamira, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. This page explains what we collect when you inquire with us and how we use it. We keep this short and plain.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our inquiry form — your name, email, and optionally your phone number, wedding date, the coverage you're interested in, and any message.
• If you opt in, your consent to receive text messages about your inquiry and booking.
• Standard, anonymized analytics about how the site is used (via Google Analytics), to help us improve it.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your wedding.
• To manage your booking and coordinate with other House of Bellamira arms (for example, the Films × Bridal pairing with Bellamira Beauty Studio) where relevant.
• To send occasional updates by email, and — only if you opt in — by text message. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we store and share it

Inquiries are stored in our marketing and client systems (ActiveCampaign for audience and email, Dubsado for client operations). We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed.

Text messages (SMS)

SMS is opt-in only. If you check the consent box, you agree to receive texts about your inquiry and booking; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to texts is never a condition of any service.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@bellamirafilms.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
